Manner of levy payment and collections of toll etc.

The toll shall be levied, paid and collected in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub section (1) any toll, penalty or other dues recoverable under this Act if not paid within fifteen days of its becoming due, may be realized as arrears of land revenue.
