Amendment of section 3 of Haryana Act 23 of 2019

In section 3 of the principal Act,-

1. (i) for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- “(1) The State Government within the period of validity of this Act shall make a policy for phasing out the specified agricultural purpose vehicle from the National Capital Region, Haryana.”;
2. (ii) for sub-section (3), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- “(3) All notices issued by the State Government or any authority for any coercive action against any specified agricultural purpose vehicle only on the ground that such specified agricultural purpose vehicle has been registered for a period of ten years or more, shall be suspended and no coercive action shall be taken from the date of commencement of this Act till the 30th June, 2025.”.
