Substitution of long title of Haryana Act 23 of 2019

For the long title of the Haryana Laws (Special Provisions) Act, 2019 (hereinafter called the principal Act), the following long title shall be substituted, namely:- “to make special provisions for Districts of State falling under the National Capital Region and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.”.
