Substitution of section 4 of Haryana Act 1 of 2025

For section 4 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:- “4. Remuneration.-

1. (1) An eligible extension lecturer and eligible guest lecturer shall be entitled to receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 57,700/- (Fifty seven thousand and seven hundred rupees only).
2. (2) The consolidated monthly remuneration shall be increased with effect from the first day of January and the first day of July every year corresponding to the increase in Dearness Allowance.
3. (3) The Government may notify an increment on the consolidated monthly remuneration on the completion of the first year from the date of commencement of the Act and every year thereafter.”.
