Tribunal of Arbitration
The Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology Murthal Act, 2006Tribunal of Arbitration The officer or teacher of the University shall be appointed under a written contract which shall be lodged with the University and any dispute arising out of a contract between the University and any officer or teacher shall, at the request of the teacher or officer concerned or at the request of the University, be referred to a Tribunal of Arbitration consisting of one member appointed by the Executive Council and one member to be nominated by the teacher or officer concerned and an umpire to be appointed by the Chancellor. The decision of the majority of the members of the Tribunal shall be final and no suit shall lie in any civil court in respect of the matter decided by the Tribunal.
- (2) Every such request shall be deemed to be a submission to arbitration
