Annual accounts and balance sheet

Statutory text
- (1) The annual accounts and the balance sheet of the University shall be prepared under the directions of the Executive Council and shall at least once every year and for not more than fifteen months be audited by the C.A.G. or any other auditor that may be appointed by the Government. The annual accounts thus audited shall be published in the Haryana Government Gazette and a copy of the annual accounts along with the report of the Director, Local Audit or the auditor shall be submitted to the Court and the Chancellor along with the observations of the Executive Council. Any observations made by the Chancellor to the annual accounts shall be brought to the notice of the Court and observations of the Court, after being considered by the Executive Council, be submitted to the Chancellor.
- (2) The annual accounts and the balance sheet of the University shall be submitted to the Chancellor.
