Fixation of ginning and pressing charges.

The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, fix the maximum rates of ginning and pressing charges that may be charged by any cotton ginning or cotton pressing factory in any area or areas: Provided that before fixing the charges, the State Government shall publish the proposed rates in the Official Gazette for inviting objections within a period of thirty days from the date of such publication.
