State Eligibility Test in Computers

The syllabus and other conditions of qualifying SETC and eligibility criteria of exemption from SETC shall be the same as prescribed by the State Government for the Clerks already appointed before the commencement of this Act. Note.- After promotion to the post of Clerk, no annual increment and further promotion shall be admissible until SETC Part-II is qualified except in case of employees who have been exempted under this Act or rules/instructions issued by State Government from time to time.
