Management of observation homes, children homes and special schools

(1) For the control and management of every observation home, children home and special school established under this Act, a superintendent and a committee of visitors shall be appointed by the State Government and such superintendent and the committee collectively shall be deemed to be the manager of the observation home, children's home or special school, as the case may, for the purposes of this Act. (2) The governing body of an observation home, children's home or special school recognised under this Act shall be deemed to be its manager for the purposes of this Act.
