Amendment of section 44 of Bom. XL of 1955

In section 44 of the principal Act,-

1. (I) in SU~-S~O~ (I).
2. (i) after the words "shall satisfy the Syndicate" the words "and the Academic Council" shall be M;
3. (ii) in clause (e), for the words "Statutes and Ordjnanm'' the ~ords "ShtuM, Ordinances awl Reguhtiom'' shall be substituted;

1. (2) in sub-sadion (2), 'in clause (c), after the amds "its opinion" the yo& "after consulting the Academic Cum&" shall ba insmed:
