Amendment of section 68 of Bom. LXI of 1947

In section 68 of the principal Act ,-

1. (I) in sub-section (I), for the words-
2. (i) "twelve" the word ''sixteen'',
3. (ii) "six" where it occurs at two places, the word "eight", and
4. (iii) "three" the word "four" shall be substituted.

1. (2) in sub-section (6), in clause (b), for the words "Bombay area of the State of Gujarat" the words "State of Gujarat" shall be substituted.
