XXVIII of 1942 In the principal Act, in section 22, after the words "by the Board" the words "the Company" shall be inserted.

Amendment of section 25 of Born. XXVIII of 1942 In the principal Act, in section 25,-

1. (1) in sub-section (I), in clause (i), for the words " the State Government or any trust", the words "the State Government, the Company or any trust" shall be substituted;
2. (2) in sub-section (2), after the words "Divisional Soil Conservation Officer" the words "or the Company Officer" shall be inserted.
