Amendment of section 14 of Born. XXVIII of 1942

In the principal Act, in section 14,-

1. (1) after the words "Divisional Soil Conservation Officer," wherever they occur, the words "or the Company Officer" shall be inserted;
2. (2) in sub-section (4), after the words "State Government" the words "or the Company" shall be inserted.
