Short title and commencement.
- (1) This Act may be called the Bombay Civil Courts (Gujarat Amendment) Act, 1989.
- (2) This section shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd September, 1988 and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 19th October, 1988.
