Amendment 6. In section 32s of the Bombay Tenancy Act, in clause (c), after the figures of section 32s of Bom. and letter "88C" the words, figures, and letters "but does not include a landlord LXVII of 1948. within the meaning of Chapter 111-AA holding a similar certificate" shall be inserted.
