Amendment of section 32P of Bom. LXVII of 1948

Amendment 5. In section 32P of the Bombay Tenancy Act, in sub-section (I), after the of section 32P of Bom. words "this sub-chapter" the words, figures and letter "or where the tenant fails LXVII of 1948. to exercise the right to purchase land under section 43-ID within the period speci- fied in that section" shall be inserted.
