The Controller of Examinations, and other offi cers, and their powers, etc.

(1) The Controller Examinations shall be a wholetime salaried offi cer. He shall be appointed by the Syndicate in accordance with the Statutes to be made in this behalf.

(2) The powers, duties, and emoluments of the Controller of Examinations, and other offi cers of the University referred to in clause (vii) of section 8 shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations.
