Short title and commencement.

(1) This Act may be called the Saurashtra University Act, 1965.

(2) This section shall come into force at once.

(3) The State Government may, by notifi cation in the Offi cial Gazette, direct that all or any of the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date or dates as may be specifi ed in the notifi cation.
