Chapter III NOTIFICATION OF SERVICES BY STATE GOVERNMENT
5. The State Government may, from time to time, notify the services to which this Act shall apply and the stipulated time-limits within which the services shall be provided.

Obligation of Public Authority to publish names of individuals responsible for rendering services 5. A public authority shall, within two months of the notification issued under section 4, publish the names and addresses of Designated Officers responsible for rendering of services notified under section 4.
