Constitution of Infrastructure Development Fund.

Subject to the rules made under this Act, all amounts received under this Act shall be credited to a fund which shall be called the “Infrastructure Development Fund” which shall be held by the Designated Authority in trust for the purposes of augmentation, improvement or creation of an infrastructure facility.
