Power of State Government to call for record.

1. (1) The State Government may, at any time, before the expiry of sixty days from the date of any order made by the appellate officer under this Act, call for the record of the proceeding in which the order was made and after examining the record, may pass such order as it thinks fit.
2. (2) No order which prejudicially affects any person shall be passed under this section without giving that person a reasonable opportunity of being heard.
