Repeal of Saurashtra Act XXXIII of 1956 and saving.

(1) The Saurashtra Primary Education Act, 1956 is hereby repealed. (2) Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, anything done or action taken under the Act so repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, and shall continue in force until it is superseded by anything done or action taken under this Act.
