Amendment of section 11 of Guj. 16 of 2017

In the principal Act, in section 11,-

1. (1) in sub-section (2),-
   • (i) in clause (v), for the words “organic agriculture”, the words “natural farming and organic agriculture” shall be substituted;
   • (ii) in clause (vi), for the words “organic farming” the words “natural farming and organic farming” shall be substituted;
   • (iii) in clause (vii), for the words “organic farming” the words “natural farming and organic farming” shall be substituted;
   • (iv) after clause (xi), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- “(xi-a) “the Director of Agricultural Technology Management Agency
   • (ATMA) and State Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute (SAMETI), Gujarat State; ”;
2. (2) in sub-section (3), for the words “two years”, the words “three years” shall be substituted.
