Amendment of section 2 of Guj. 16 of 2017

In the principal Act, in section 2,-

1. (1) after clause (l), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- “(l-a) “Division” means an academic unit within the college or institute;”;
2. (2) after clause
   • (q) the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- “(q-a) “Natural Farming” means a chemical-free alias traditional farming method. It is considered as agro ecology based diversified farming system which integrates crops, trees and livestock with functional biodiversity;”;
3. (3) in clause
   • (z) for the words “Gujarat Organic Agricultural University”, the words “Gujarat Natural Farming and Organic Agricultural University” shall be substituted.
