Money-Lender not to dispose of pawned articles before certain period

Subject to the provisions of sections 176 to 179 of Chapter IX of the Contract Acq 1872 or anything contained in any law for the time being in force, no Money-Lendgl 5hall dispose off any article taken fiom a debtor as a pawn, pledge or security for the loan advanced to him, before a period of two years from the date stipulated for final repayment of the loan.
