Debtor not bound to admit correctness of particulars in statements or pass book

A debtor to whom any statement or pass book has been fumished under section 21 or 22 shall not be bound to acknowledge the correctness of the particulars mentioned therein and his failure to do so shall not by itself, be deemed to be an admisSion of the correctness of any of such particulars.
