Inspection of bulls.

Any person who keeps a bull shall, at any reasonable time, either at the place where the bull is for the time being or at any other reasonable place, submit the bull for inspection by any live-stock officer when required by such officer to do so and render all reasonable assistance to that officer for the purpose of inspection.
