Statutory text
  1. (1) For the purpose of section 10, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute a committee consisting of not less than three members who shall be officers of a rank not below that of a Secretary to the State Government to be nominated by the State Government, ex-officio.
  2. (2) The member who is senior most in service shall be the Chairman of the committee.
  3. (3) The committee shall follow such procedure for disposal of its business as may be prescribed.
