Power of entry.

Any officer or servant of the State Government authorised by the State Government in this behalf by general or special order may, at any time, after giving the licensee reasonable notice, enter upon any land or premised in his possession and make any survey, examination, or investigation, preliminary or incidental, to the purposes of this Act.
