- 19. Nothing in this Act shall apply to any cotton seeds grown by a farmer and sold or delivered by him on his own premises directly to another farmer for being used by that farmer for the purpose of sowing.
- 20. The Controller and all other officers appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
