The Vice-Chancellor shall, after making such inquiry as he thinks fit, decide whether the applicant is entitled to be or not to be a registered graduate.

Meeting of Senate

1. (1) The Senate shall, on a date to be fixed by the Chancellor, meet once a year at a meeting to be called the annual meeting of the Senate .(2) The Vice-Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than eleven members of the Senate, convene a special meeting of the Senate.
