Chapter III OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
The Registrar shall be a whole time salaried officer and shall act as the Secretary of the Syndicate [and of the Board of Post-Graduate Teaching and Research]. He shall be appointed by Syndicate in accordance with the Statutes to be made in this behalf, and his emoluments and conditions of service shall be determined by such Statutes.
