Appeal against withdrawal of affiliation

Any college or institution aggrieved by the resolution withdrawing wholly or partly or modifying the rights conferred by affiliation passed under sub-section

1. (3) of section 30, may prefer an appeal to the State Government within thirty days from the date of communication of the resolution and the decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be final.
