Education202156 sections8 chapters
This Act replaces the old laws governing the Gujarat Ayurved University and its colleges with a new, more efficient system to help students, teachers, and institutions operate more smoothly. It applies to the university, the Board of Governors, affiliated colleges, and approved health centres where training takes place. By cutting down on time-consuming administrative steps and clearly defining the roles of leadership and management, the legislation improves the governance of Ayurvedic medicine education in Gujarat to ensure better standards and quicker operations.
