Tribunal to proceed to prepare list of persons holding surplus land

Statutory text

(1) As soon as may be after the expiry of the period specified in section 10, the Tribunal shall, on the basis of the statements received under section 10 and such other records as may be prescribed proceed to prepare a list of persons holding surplus land.
(2) The Tribunal shall specify in such list—
- (a) the total land held by each person,
- (b) the maximum area of land which such person is entitled to hold,
- (c) the extent of land to be deemed to be surplus land held by such person, and
- (d) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
