Penalty for failure to furnish statement, etc

If a person liable to furnish a statement under section 10 fails, without reasonable cause, to furnish the statement or furnishes a statement containing incorrect particulars, with an intention to suppress the information about surplus land held by him, then he shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding five hundred rupees.
