Unauthorized construction, maintenance, etc., of aerial ropeways prohibited.

No aerial ropeway shall be constructed, opened, maintained or worked except in accordance with provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and in conformity with the provisions of the relevant code of practice of the Bureau of Indian Standard.
