Promoter and his servants, etc., to afford facilities to Inspector and other officers.

The promoter, his servants, agents or any person acting on his behalf shall afford to all Inspectors and officers and servants appointed under section 4 reasonable facilities for the exercise of the power and the performance of the duties and functions conferred and on them under the provisions of this Act and the rules.
