The authentication of orders and documents of the Cor p oration

All the permissions, orders, other documents of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the

directions as to the Policy, as it may think necessary or expedient for the purpose of carrying out the purposes of this Act and the Corporation shall be bound to follow and act upon such directions.
