Power to remove difficulties.

Statutory text
- (1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty: Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiration of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
- (2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the Legislative Assembly of Goa. Secretariat, Porvorim-Goa. Dated: 09-09-2025.
