Definitions.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,—

1. (a) “Court Fees Act” means the Goa Court Fees Act, 2024 (Goa Act No. 15 of 2024);
2. (b) “Government” means the Government of Goa;
3. (c) “High Court” means the High Court of Bombay at Goa.
