Restrictions on disposing of specific assets of the inheritance

(1) It shall not be lawful for a co-heir to dispose of any specific asset of the inheritance or right to a part of specific assets, unless such asset or right to such part, is allotted to him in a partition (2) The disposition made in contravention of this section shall be null and void.
