Delegation of Powers of Board to sanction contracts.

The Board may delegate the power to sanction the contracts to the Secretary and Housing Engineer under section 27 subject to the following limits, namely: —

1. (a) the maximum limit of one lakh of rupees for any contract where delegation of power is to the Secretary of the Board;
2. (b) the maximum limit of Rs. 50,000/- for any contract, where the delegation of power is to the Housing Engineer.
