Appeals to Government from decision of the Board.—
- (1) An appeal shall lie to the Government from every decision of the Board under this Act, except a decision made by the Board as an appellate authority.
- (2) Every appeal under sub-section
- (1) shall be preferred within three months of the date of communication of such order.
