Statutory text
Indian system of medicines and homoeopathy Fund.— There shall be established Indian system of medicines and homoeopathy fund and there shall be placed to the credit thereof,—
- (a) grants and loans received from the Government;
- (b) all fees received by the Board;
- (c) contributions received from any local authority or any Indian system of medicines and homoeopathy medical association; and
- (d) all sums received by or on behalf of the Board from sources other than those mentioned in the foregoing clauses.
