The Goa Habitual Offenders Act, 1976 (Act No. 16 of 1976) [5 th August, 1976] AN ACT to make better provision for the treatment and training of habitual offenders and for certain other matters. Whereas it is expedient to make better provision for the treatment and training of habitual offenders, and for certain other matters. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman & Diu in the Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
