Rights of a member in a co-ownership housing society

In a co-ownership housing society, the society, which holds free-hold or lease-hold land, shall execute deeds of lease or sub-lease, as the case may be, in favour of its members to whom the plots are allotted for such period and with such covenants as may be specified in the bye-laws of the society.
