Appeals

Any person aggrieved by an order made under section 5, clause (ll) of sub-section (2) of section 8, section 18, section 31 or section 39, by the Custodian may prefer an appeal, in such manner, and within such time, as may be prescribed, to the tribunal constituted under section 22A and the decision of the Tribunal shall be final.
