New Premises not to be erected/ occupied without drainage

(1) It shall not be lawful to construct or occupy any premises without adequate provision for drainage in accordance with such regulations as may be made in this behalf (2) The board may, if it appears expedient to do so, provide for any group or block of premises, to be drained in combination rather than separately.
