Omission of Section 7.—In 'The Members of Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Salaries, Allowances, Pension etc.) Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 6 of 1995)' (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Act"), section 7 shall be omitted.
